Ecstatic World that stands for 'Be Free, Be You', an inclusive community based platform introducing talents and creating Ecstatic Dance events and facilitating worldwide, brings an ultimate opportunity to establish Ecstatic Dance, a freeform dance movement that has its roots in Hawaii and has been the catalyst and inspiration for Ecstatic Dances around the globe for a couple of decades now, in your own city. Come be part of this wonderful growing conscious dance community by creating your own with the guidance of international expertise, pioneering conscious clubbing in Amsterdam since 2016.
In this 3 day retreat, we will go through an immersive journey of embrace, emerge and evolve. Together we will learn all the tools, principles and vision of Ecstatic Dance and how to establish it as a regular and sustainable conscious movement practice including, the art of holding safer space to explore and connect to your magnifique self and others, authentic relating, team and community building, ceremony leading and how to use music to guide people into a magical Ecstatic Dance experience.
This retreat is for everyone who is willing to build Ecstatic Dance chapters in thier respective places, in various cities in India and abroad or intiate Ecstatic Dance in thier workplace as a mindful practice of movement. meditation.

We will be retreating at a little paradise in Assam, Northeast India at the Amaraboty Earth Farm popularly known as “Bhuyan Farm”, situated on the northern banks of River Brahmaputra with sprawling green hills and forest all around. Its natural beauty exhibits a charm that will leave you awe inspired. The farm is 30 kms away from Guwahati City. It is an ecologically diverse area with local exotic animals and varied species of migratory birds. If one gets lucky they may get a glimpse of Large Indian Civet, Indian Crested Porcupines, Indian Leopard and Barking deers. It is located close to Sualkuchi, the famous silk village, displaying the culture and traditions of Assam in its best form.

Accomodation is not included in the retreat package. All retreaters are responsible for booking their own stay, arranging travel and transportation, to and fro from the venue.
There are single rooms, double rooms, cottages and tenting options ranging from 1500 - 4500 INR per night as per your preference depending on availability. Hence, advanced booking is highly recommended for all the options mentioned below.

Stay in a community based Rural Tourism Project 5 mins walking distance from the farm gate. The project was implemented by CEE North East (CEE NE), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It is run by a local person from the village. They have four cottages and their breakfast is complimentary. Their cottages are very spacious, accommodating a family comfortably.

Our chef will prepare local and seasonal healthy vegetarian Assamese meals for lunch and dinner (inclusive in the retreat package) and breakfast is complimentary with the prefered accommodation as mentioned above.
Assamese cuisine is predominantly rice based and full of subtle flavours and delicate accents. Although perceived as meat centric, Assamese food is more nuanced. Locally produced vegetables are cooked in a variety of ways. If you are allergic to any food items, please do let us know beforehand.

Incase for C19, the retreat gets cancelled, we will fully refund back.
Cancellation otherwise is not possible, although you can transfer it to another person (a friend or acquaintance) that might be interested.

- Stay home if you have mild cold-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, a mild cough or fever below 38 degrees celsius)
- Advised adequate physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed at all times.
-Hand sanitisers at entry and exit points as well as common areas within the premises will be available.
-Mandatory wearing of face masks when not attending workshops.
-Thermal scanning at entry.
-Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
-Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest.
-Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
-Installation & use of Aarogya Setu App shall be advised to all visitors having compatible mobile phones.
