Event Description

Dream Catcher Workshop by Hobby in a Box

According to Ojibwe tribe’s ancient legend, a dream catcher is used to filter the good dreams from the nightmares. The dreamcatcher “catches” the nightmares in knots, and lets good dreams pass through the feather, with the caught nightmares being dissolved when sunlight touches the dreamcatcher.

During the workshop, you will learn about the symbolic aspects of the dream catcher while making your own.

In this workshop, you will learn:
– Wrapping hoop
– Web weaving
– Feathers attachments

What to bring: Your creative bent of mind …. All the raw materials will be provided at the venue by Hobby in a Box.
